Shipping charges are equal to 20% of the value of your order and will be added to your invoice if your order totals less than $250 (not including tax). The minimum shipping charge for orders under $250 is $14.99. Any items that are backordered on orders that qualify for free freight will be shipped without freight charges. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipments to residential or limited access addresses are subject to additional charges that will be added to the invoice. Any additional freight charges that are incurred due to delivery conditions or preferences could be billed after the order has been received.

Please inquire about charges for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, the Caribbean, Mexico and Europe. Need your order quickly? Express shipping is available for an additional charge. Please call for more info.

Get FREE SHIPPING on orders over $250 delivered to business locations in the continental United States. We will pay the shipping charges for ground delivery by the carrier of our choice. For orders that qualify for free shipping and that ship with common carrier, Free Shipping does not include extra options such as delivery to construction sites or jobsites, limited access facilities, liftgate deliveries, or delivery appointments. Charges for these items will be billed to the customer.

 

Some Products are Excluded from Our Free Shipping Promotion.

These products are marked on the website as being Plus Freight items, and after your order is placed, we will contact you within one business day to provide your exact shipping quote.

 

Damage/Shortage Claims

Products that are damaged or lost in transit must be noted on carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Then contact Up Side Down Supply customer service via email sales@upsidedownsupply.com or call 800-776-7613.

 

Return/Exchange Policy

Customers may contact our customer service department for a return authorization within 30 days of purchase for return instructions. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the merchandise back to us using a reliable, trackable method, at their own expense. Only if the product is defective or Up Side Down Supply made an error will return shipping costs be at Up Side Down Supply's expense. Returns that are accepted for the customer's convenience may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Fall Protection Items - guardrail systems, perimeter warning line systems, harnesses, lanyards, lifelines, horizontal lifeline kits, anchors, carabiners, and more

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - respirators, disposable gloves, mask cartridges, faceshields, and face masks

  • Special Order Items - anything that is a non-stock item, or that is shipped directly from our vendor to the customer.


Returns on these items will only be allowed due to manufacturer defect. This is not an exhaustive list of items that cannot be returned. Please inquire about our return policy on specific items before ordering.
