Utilizing a vulcanized white rubber adhesive, these tapes excel at splicing TPO membranes, ensuring durable, high-strength, and water-tight assemblies, especially when heat welding is impractical. Available in various colors and widths, Cool Cover? is ideal for metal edge tie-ins, waterproofing seam repairs, and batten bars. As aged TPO struggles with heat welding, this tape emerges as the optimal solution, effectively extending the life of TPO roofs. Tailored for the building and Printing and printing and packaging markets, Cool Cover? dominates building envelope and roofing applications, encompassing joints, membranes, pond linings, roofing substrates, and roofs. Compatible with concrete, EPDM, glass, HDPE, masonry, metal, plastics, TPO-E, TPO, and wood, Cool Cover? sets a new standard for durability in roofing solutions.

Cool Cover TPO Cover Tape consists of 30 mil TPO membrane that has been laminated to a 25 mil pressure sensitive white tape. The tape is comprised of vulcanized rubber adhesive that will provide OEM quality performance for TPO single-ply restoration projects.

Cool Cover TPO Cover Tape is designed to cover, protect, and seal mechanical fastening bars, membrane fasteners, core sample repair patches, membrane repairs, and seam overlays in all TPO roofing systems. The Cover Tape is highly useful for metal edge tie-ins where heat-weldable cover strips require pretreated metal. The product is also useful for repairing aged TPO which can be difficult to heat weld. Cracked seams and membrane splits can be sealed with Cool Cover TPO Cover Tape when the aged membrane will no longer accept heat welding.

Store material in original unopened packaging at temperatures between40F-110F (4C - 43C). Shelf life is 24 months when stored as recommended.
