Seal Trust? Pipe Boots are pre-molded roofing accessories that you use to expertly flash pipes or stacks protruding from the roof on single-ply membrane installations like EPDM and TPO. You install Pipe Boots over vent stacks and pipes measuring 1? to 6? in diameter, typically on flat roof surfaces. These boots arrive pre-taped for exceptionally easy installation. Furthermore, a flange attaches directly to the membrane using a convenient peel-and-stick application. The boots include two-piece release paper for effortless handling, and we also provide a metal clamp for a secure finish.

Application Instructions:

Always clean and prime the membrane. Use roofing industry-standard products for tape applications. Typically, you apply primer about 4-5 inches away from each pipe. Next, measure the pipe?s diameter and cut the boot one size smaller than the pipe (e.g., cut a 4? stack at the 3? level) before you stretch it over the pipe.

Before installing the pipe boot, apply Water Block to the pipe for maximum protection. Finally, secure the boot with the provided pipe clamp.
