This bolt on anchor from Falltech can be mounted with 1/2 grade 5 bolts nuts and lockwashers and is rated at over 5000 lbs and has a max capacity of 425 lbs. It is made from heavy-duty steel and can be used repeatedly. It can be mounted on steel beams columns and structures. Complies with OSHA: CFR1926.502 CFR1910.66 and ANSI: A10.32-2004 Z359.1-2007.
